DEW is one of the few companies manufacturing in Germany that produces tubular heaters made of copper. The advantages of this material are well known: it is extremely resistant to corrosion, has antibacterial effects and displays no material fatigue even over long periods of time. It is particularly well suited to use in white goods for household and industrial applications.

Design
On the inside, our high-density tubular heaters made of copper consist of a wound heating coil that is specially designed by our engineers. Connecting bolts are welded onto its ends in order to make the electric contact and guarantee the required unheated length. The heating coil is installed in the casing pipe with our filling machines and electrically insulated by filling the assembly with magnesium oxide.
